5. Destruction and retention period of personal information

4. The membership of the cello service is made by applying for membership in accordance with the terms and conditions of this service and by approving the HWAUM.
In principle, we accept the application for membership registration. However, a HWAUM may not be accepted for an application pursuant to the following subparagraphs or may be disqualified from membership after death.
A. In case the applicant has previously lost his or her membership under this Agreement. Exceptions shall be made, however, when the member's consent is obtained.
B. In case false information is recorded or the HWAUM is not provided.
C. Children under 14 years of age.
D. In case approval is not possible due to the reasons attributable to the user or an application is made in violation of all other specified conditions.
In applying for membership, you can request real-name verification and authentication through a specialized institution.
HWAUM may be reserved if there is no room for service-related facilities or if there are technical or business problems.
If the HWAUM does not accept or withhold an application for membership, the HWAUM shall not be obliged to inform the applicant.
The timing of membership shall be when the HWAUM indicates completion of the subscription in the application process.
5. You have the duty to manage your ID and password.
The member shall be responsible for the management of the member's "ID" and "password" and shall not be used by a third party.
The use of the member's "ID" may be restricted if the HWAUM is feared to leak personal information, violate anti-social, unsophisticated, or misconceived as a harmonic operator.
If the member recognizes that his or her "id" and "password" are stolen or used by a third party, the member shall immediately notify him of the HWAUM and follow the instructions.
If the member recognizes that the "id" and "password" are stolen or used by a third party, the member shall be held responsible for any disadvantages caused by the member's failure to notify the fact in HWAUM or follow the instructions in case of notification.
6. HWAUM promises to work to provide you with quality service and to comply with the relevant statutes.
HWAUM shall not be prohibited by the relevant laws and the terms and conditions of this Agreement or act against the customs and shall continue to make efforts to provide service in a stable manner.
HWAUM shall be equipped with a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the service safely, and the privacy policy shall be disclosed and complied with.

I. Use credit cards for current financial channels, request transactions that may be sanctioned by the Financial Supervisory Service or other investigative agencies, or refuse to comply with the request for the submission of legitimate related documents of the HWAUM.

9. Procedure for providing corporate registration service and conclusion of use contract <Amended 20 Sep 2019>
The corporate registration service is performed in a way that the HWAUM performs the registration process after you apply for the service by providing required information via the HWAUM service webpage and pay for the service.
① The user agrees to these Terms of Use, personal information collection and use, and after signing up and logging in to this service, selects the desired corporate registration service, and then enters (or uploads) the necessary information such as personal information and rights relations required for corporate registration. ) And electronically fill out the application form and submit it to the HWAUM to apply for use of the service in accordance with these Terms of Use.

⑥ Hwaum reserves the right to make a stamp for the registration of a corporation, prepare, submit, withdraw an application, request and receive the original copy, and perform any other incidental actions.
⑦ Users must cooperate in the process of corporate registration of harmonies, and users are responsible for any disadvantages arising from their neglect to fulfill these obligations.
⑧ All matters listed in the documents related to the registration application submitted by the HWAUM to the Registry for corporate registration depend entirely on the information and documents that the user delivers to the HWAUM. Therefore, HWAUM does not guarantee the information such as the rights relations stated in the application for registration or other documents, and all responsibilities and risks related to it are borne by the user who delivered the information.

10. Payment method
You can pay for the service fee of HWAUM in various ways, and if you do not pay within a considerable period of time, the service use contract may be canceled or terminated.

③ HWAUM can check whether the user has the right to use the payment method, and if necessary, can request the suspension of the relevant transaction and the submission of vocational data.
④ Despite the fact that the HWAUM calculates the exact price of the service based on the information submitted by the user and informs the user of the payment by e-mail, etc., and requests payment, the user uses it for 3 weeks from the date of sending the HWAUM email If you do not pay for the fee, or if you tell HWAUM that you do not intend to use the service, HWAUM may cancel or terminate the service use agreement.
11. Refund
① When the user finds that it is difficult for the user to deliver or provide goods, etc., which he / she requested to purchase for reasons such as out of stock, the user is notified of the reason without delay, and in the case of receiving payment for goods in advance, Refund within 3 business days or take necessary action for refund.

12. Withdrawal of subscription
① The user sends an e-mail requesting payment for payment as in Article 9 (2) and Article 9-2 (2), and requests for service contracts with HWAUM within 7 days of reaching the customer. 13. Effect of withdrawal of subscription
① The user must return the goods, etc. already supplied when the subscription is withdrawn in accordance with Article 12.
② HWAUM shall be paid within 3 business days from the date on which the goods are returned in accordance with paragraph 1 in the case of supply of goods, or in the case of not supplying goods, etc. Refund. In this case, if the HWAUM delays the refund of the price to the user, the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the interest rate specified in Article 21-3 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Consumer Protection Act on Electronic Commerce, etc.」 is paid for the delay period.

14. Issuing tax invoices and providing receipts
① HWAUM will issue tax invoices and cash receipts (hereinafter referred to as “tax invoices”) for use fees paid in exchange for providing services in accordance with tax laws, VAT laws, and other tax-related laws and regulations. However, the extent to which HWAUM issue tax invoices, etc. does not include any portion other than the service fee provided to HWAUM, such as registration fees and notary fees, which the user must pay to the country.

15. Attribution of Intellectual Property Rights

17. Temporary measures for users' illegal postings
The user can request the HWAUM to be suspended or deleted, etc., for posts infringing the user's rights, and the HWAUM must take appropriate measures.
① If the user's post is a post that infringes on the rights of others, such as invasion of privacy or defamation, the person who received the infringement declares that the infringement has been infringed on the HWAUM or deletes the post or posts refutation contents (hereinafter 'deleted' Etc.).
② When a HWAUM is requested to delete the relevant post in accordance with paragraph 1, it will take necessary measures such as deletion and temporary action without delay, and immediately notify the applicant and the publisher of the post.
③ HWAUM are measures to temporarily block access to the relevant information (hereinafter referred to as 'temporary measures') if it is difficult to determine whether a right has been infringed or a dispute is expected between interested parties despite the request to delete the post under paragraph (1). 18. Member withdrawal

20. Provision of marketing and advertising information
HWAUM can provide various information such as advertisements to users with the consent of users.
① HWAUM can provide various information deemed necessary by the user during the use of the service to the user by means of announcements, e-mails, text messages on mobile phones or copying.
② The user may refuse to receive emails, text messages, etc. of mobile phones at any time for advertising information, except for transaction-related information and responses to customer inquiries according to relevant laws and regulations.
③ HWAUM are intended to transmit advertising information and are transmitted with the user's prior consent except as permitted by law. We do not require consent when replying to customer-related information and customer inquiries necessary for maintaining and guiding contract relationships, not advertising information.

21. Disclaimer
HWAUM is not responsible for:
① If HWAUM cannot be provided due to natural disasters or force majeure, the responsibility for providing services is waived. HWAUM may temporarily suspend service provision in the event of a natural disaster, maintenance, inspection, replacement, failure of communication equipment such as a computer, or loss of communication, unless there is any intention or serious negligence in this regard. No liability is assumed.
② HWAUM is not responsible for any obstacles to the use of the service due to user's fault.
③ HWAUM does not take responsibility for loss of profits expected by users using the service, and is not responsible for damages caused by data obtained through other services.
④ HWAUM does not guarantee the integrity of any information entered directly by the service user in the process of use, and all problems arising from intentional or negligent information are entirely borne by the user who entered the information.
⑤ HWAUM is not responsible for any obstacles in using the service due to the user's fault.
22. Dispute Resolution and Interpretation of Terms
The law of the Republic of Korea applies to disputes between HWAUM and users, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the jurisdiction court if a dispute arises between a HWAUM and a user regarding the use of these terms and conditions and services.
