"User" means a member who accesses the website of the cello operated by the HWAUM (www.cello.bz) and receives the services provided by the HWAUM pursuant to this Agreement.
"Members" refer to those who have registered as members by providing personal information on HWAUM, who can continue to use or use the services provided by HWAUM.
"Non-members" refer to those who do not join the membership and use the services provided by HWAUM.
"ID" means the e-mail address set by the member for identification of the member and use of the service and approved by the HWAUM
"Password" means a combination of letters or numbers determined by the members themselves to ensure that they are identical to the "ID" given to them.
"Published materials" refer to messages, photos, videos, and various files and links in the form of information posted on the website operated by "users" in HWAUM.
3. The terms of service will be posted for your convenience, and we will notify you in advance of any amendments made to the terms of service.
HWAUM are posted on the initial screen of the service so that users can easily understand the contents of the terms and conditions. However, the contents of the terms and conditions shall be viewed by the user through the connection screen.
The HWAUM may be amended to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Information Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on door-to-door sales, and the Consumer Basic Act.
When revising the terms and conditions of HWAUM, the date of application and the reason for revision shall be specified and notified from 7 days before the date of application to the date of application through the website of the HWAUM service.
In the case of amending the terms and conditions of the HWAUM, the terms of the amendment shall be provided only to contracts entered into after the date of application, and the terms and conditions of the amendment shall be applied to those contracts already entered into before that date.
In case the member does not express his or her intention to reject the amendment despite the notice or individual notification that he or she does not express his or her intention to express his or her intention unless the member expresses his or her opinion within seven days, the member agrees to the amendment agreement.
If the member does not agree to the application of the revised terms and conditions, the HWAUM cannot apply the contents of the revised terms and conditions, in which case the member may terminate the service contract.
However, if there are special circumstances in which the existing terms and conditions cannot be applied, the Harmonization Agreement may be terminated.
4. The membership of the cello service is made by applying for membership in accordance with the terms and conditions of this service and by approving the HWAUM.
In principle, we accept the application for membership registration. However, a HWAUM may not be accepted for an application pursuant to the following subparagraphs or may be disqualified from membership after death.
A. In case the applicant has previously lost his or her membership under this Agreement. Exceptions shall be made, however, when the member's consent is obtained.
B. In case false information is recorded or the HWAUM is not provided.
C. Children under 14 years of age.
D. In case approval is not possible due to the reasons attributable to the user or an application is made in violation of all other specified conditions.
In applying for membership, you can request real-name verification and authentication through a specialized institution.
HWAUM may be reserved if there is no room for service-related facilities or if there are technical or business problems.
If the HWAUM does not accept or withhold an application for membership, the HWAUM shall not be obliged to inform the applicant.
The timing of membership shall be when the HWAUM indicates completion of the subscription in the application process.
5. You have the duty to manage your ID and password.
The member shall be responsible for the management of the member's "ID" and "password" and shall not be used by a third party.
The use of the member's "ID" may be restricted if the HWAUM is feared to leak personal information, violate anti-social, unsophisticated, or misconceived as a harmonic operator.
If the member recognizes that his or her "id" and "password" are stolen or used by a third party, the member shall immediately notify him of the HWAUM and follow the instructions.
If the member recognizes that the "id" and "password" are stolen or used by a third party, the member shall be held responsible for any disadvantages caused by the member's failure to notify the fact in HWAUM or follow the instructions in case of notification.
6. HWAUM promises to work to provide you with quality service and to comply with the relevant statutes.
HWAUM shall not be prohibited by the relevant laws and the terms and conditions of this Agreement or act against the customs and shall continue to make efforts to provide service in a stable manner.
HWAUM shall be equipped with a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the service safely, and the privacy policy shall be disclosed and complied with.
HWAUM complies with the relevant statutes and operates a customer center for members, making efforts to resolve various complaints.
7. You must comply with the relevant statutes and the following obligations in using the harmonic service:

A. Registration of false information, personal information, credit and financial information, contact information, identity theft, and arbitrary use.
B. The act of changing or deliberately attempting to change the information posted by the HWAUM.
C. Transmit or post information (such as computer programs) other than the information set by the HWAUM.
D. Violating intellectual property rights, such as HWAUM and other copyrights of third parties.
E. HWAUM and the act of defaming or obstructing a third party's work.
F. Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent messages, burns, voice, and other information that is contrary to the public and Western world to the service;
G. The act of using services for profit purposes without consent of HWAUM
H. The act of using various event services (such as discount coupons) that harmonize for the users of the HWAUM to prevent compliance with the HWAUM' service policy.
I. Use credit cards for current financial channels, request transactions that may be sanctioned by the Financial Supervisory Service or other investigative agencies, or refuse to comply with the request for the submission of legitimate related documents of the HWAUM.
J. The act of expressing non-personality, such as verbal abuse, sexual demeaning, etc., and causing fear during the process of handling customer complaints in HWAUM.
K. Illegal communication and hacking, distribution of malicious programs, excess of access rights in violation of the "Information Communication Network Act."
L. Other illegal or unjust acts.
The user shall comply with the relevant statutes, the provisions of these terms and conditions, the cautions notified in connection with the service information and the notes notified by the HWAUM, and shall not commit any acts that interfere with the work of the HWAUM.
If the user fails to fulfill the above user's obligations, the HWAUM may unilaterally terminate the service use contract signed between the users, refuse to sign the service contract, or disqualify the user from membership by notifying the users of the failure to perform the above obligations.
8. Services provided by HWAUM

9. Procedure for providing corporate registration service and conclusion of use contract <Amended 20 Sep 2019>
The corporate registration service is performed in a way that the HWAUM performs the registration process after you apply for the service by providing required information via the HWAUM service webpage and pay for the service.
① The user agrees to these Terms of Use, personal information collection and use, and after signing up and logging in to this service, selects the desired corporate registration service, and then enters (or uploads) the necessary information such as personal information and rights relations required for corporate registration. ) And electronically fill out the application form and submit it to the HWAUM to apply for use of the service in accordance with these Terms of Use.
② HWAUM is based on the information of the application submitted by the user, calculates the exact price of the service requested, and sends an email, etc. to the user to request payment of the price, and when it reaches the customer, the service usage contract between the HWAUM and the user I think this is concluded.
③ The user checks the price for the guidance of the HWAUM and the payment request, and then agrees to the payment (account transfer, card payment, cash payment, etc.).
④ If the price that the user knew when applying for the service is different from the price calculated by the HWAUM, after the HWAUM sends the user a payment notice and an email requesting payment, the user agrees to this and pays for the service. I think the change agreement has been signed.
⑤ When a contract for using a corporate registration service is concluded, Hwaum faithfully implements the procedure for registering the corporation. HWAUM can ask the user to provide the documents if there are additional required documents in the process, and the users must faithfully respond to these requests.
⑥ Hwaum reserves the right to make a stamp for the registration of a corporation, prepare, submit, withdraw an application, request and receive the original copy, and perform any other incidental actions.
⑦ Users must cooperate in the process of corporate registration of harmonies, and users are responsible for any disadvantages arising from their neglect to fulfill these obligations.
⑧ All matters listed in the documents related to the registration application submitted by the HWAUM to the Registry for corporate registration depend entirely on the information and documents that the user delivers to the HWAUM. Therefore, HWAUM does not guarantee the information such as the rights relations stated in the application for registration or other documents, and all responsibilities and risks related to it are borne by the user who delivered the information.
⑨ In addition to the fees paid in exchange for the use of services provided by HWAUM, other costs necessary for the use of services, such as delivery charges and transportation costs, may occur, and if additional costs such as delivery charges and transportation costs occur due to the user's intention or negligence, the user You are obliged to pay for any additional costs incurred.

⑧ All matters listed in the documents submitted to the Patent Office for trademark application and / or trademark registration by HWAUM are entirely dependent on the information and documents the user delivers to the HWAUM. Therefore, HWAUM does not guarantee the information such as the relationship of rights in the trademark application and other documents, and all responsibilities and risks related to it are borne by the user who delivered the information.
⑨ In addition to the fees paid in exchange for the use of services provided by HWAUM, other costs necessary for the use of services, such as delivery charges and transportation costs, may occur, and if additional costs such as delivery charges and transportation costs occur due to the user's intention or negligence, the user You are obliged to pay for any additional costs incurred.
10. Payment method
You can pay for the service fee of HWAUM in various ways, and if you do not pay within a considerable period of time, the service use contract may be canceled or terminated.

7. Payment by gift certificate signed by HWAUM or by HWAUM

② The user is responsible for the information entered by the user in connection with the payment of the usage fee, and if the wrong information is entered, the HWAUM can cancel the order.
③ HWAUM can check whether the user has the right to use the payment method, and if necessary, can request the suspension of the relevant transaction and the submission of vocational data.
④ Despite the fact that the HWAUM calculates the exact price of the service based on the information submitted by the user and informs the user of the payment by e-mail, etc., and requests payment, the user uses it for 3 weeks from the date of sending the HWAUM email If you do not pay for the fee, or if you tell HWAUM that you do not intend to use the service, HWAUM may cancel or terminate the service use agreement.
11. Refund
① When the user finds that it is difficult for the user to deliver or provide goods, etc., which he / she requested to purchase for reasons such as out of stock, the user is notified of the reason without delay, and in the case of receiving payment for goods in advance, Refund within 3 business days or take necessary action for refund.
② In accordance with Paragraph 1, in the case of reimbursement of payment for goods or the like in prepaid mail order sales, the provisions of Paragraphs 1 to 3 of Article 13 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
12. Withdrawal of subscription
① The user sends an e-mail requesting payment for payment as in Article 9 (2) and Article 9-2 (2), and requests for service contracts with HWAUM within 7 days of reaching the customer. ④ Even if the HWAUM refunds the fee to the user in accordance with paragraph 2 or 3, the HWAUM will not be refunded to the user for expenses already paid to perform the service work requested by the user, or any customs fees that cannot be refunded.<Revised Sep. 20, 2019>
13. Effect of withdrawal of subscription
① The user must return the goods, etc. already supplied when the subscription is withdrawn in accordance with Article 12.
② HWAUM shall be paid within 3 business days from the date on which the goods are returned in accordance with paragraph 1 in the case of supply of goods, or in the case of not supplying goods, etc. Refund. In this case, if the HWAUM delays the refund of the price to the user, the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the interest rate specified in Article 21-3 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Consumer Protection Act on Electronic Commerce, etc.」 is paid for the delay period.
③ When a user pays for the service through a payment method such as a credit card when refunding the price of goods, etc. in accordance with paragraph 1 or paragraph 1, HWAUM provides the payment method without delay (hereinafter referred to as “payment”). 14. Issuing tax invoices and providing receipts
① HWAUM will issue tax invoices and cash receipts (hereinafter referred to as “tax invoices”) for use fees paid in exchange for providing services in accordance with tax laws, VAT laws, and other tax-related laws and regulations. However, the extent to which HWAUM issue tax invoices, etc. does not include any portion other than the service fee provided to HWAUM, such as registration fees and notary fees, which the user must pay to the country.

15. Attribution of Intellectual Property Rights
The service's homepage and the intellectual property rights and intangible rights such as copyright for the contents created by the HWAUM belong to the HWAUM.

16. Prohibition of illegal information distribution
The user shall not infringe on the rights of others or distribute or post illegal information while using the HWAUM service, and the user is responsible for this.

5. Information on contents provided for the purpose of profit without fulfilling the obligations of laws and regulations such as the identification of the other person's age and obligation to display as a harmful medium for youth under the 「Youth Protection Act」

17. Temporary measures for users' illegal postings
The user can request the HWAUM to be suspended or deleted, etc., for posts infringing the user's rights, and the HWAUM must take appropriate measures.
① If the user's post is a post that infringes on the rights of others, such as invasion of privacy or defamation, the person who received the infringement declares that the infringement has been infringed on the HWAUM or deletes the post or posts refutation contents (hereinafter 'deleted' Etc.).
② When a HWAUM is requested to delete the relevant post in accordance with paragraph 1, it will take necessary measures such as deletion and temporary action without delay, and immediately notify the applicant and the publisher of the post.
③ HWAUM are measures to temporarily block access to the relevant information (hereinafter referred to as 'temporary measures') if it is difficult to determine whether a right has been infringed or a dispute is expected between interested parties despite the request to delete the post under paragraph (1). I can say). In this case, the duration of the interim measures can be decided within 30 days.
④ Even if there is no request from the right holder according to the preceding paragraph, it is clear that any post is an illegal post that violates the rights or violates laws and regulations, and if it is specifically recognized, temporary measures such as suspension of posting of the post may be taken. .
⑤ For HWAUM, unrelated matters related to the procedures for deleting, blocking, and provisional measures related to the HWAUM service follow the relevant laws and regulations and the procedures set forth in the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Copyright Law, etc.
18. Member withdrawal
Users can withdraw at any time by applying for membership withdrawal.
① Members can apply for withdrawal of membership at any time through customer service, e-mail, etc., and HWAUM must be dealt with immediately as prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
② When a member withdraws from the HWAUM, all data of the member is deleted immediately after withdrawal, except in the case where the HWAUM holds the member's information in accordance with applicable laws and personal information handling policies.
19. How to notify information
① If the HWAUM wants to inform the user of any information, electronic methods such as sending an email, sending a text message, and sending a message through a mobile messenger can be used.
② If the HWAUM notifies the entire user, it can be replaced by the notice in paragraph 1 by posting it through the homepage bulletin board or pop-up window for more than 7 days.
20. Provision of marketing and advertising information
HWAUM can provide various information such as advertisements to users with the consent of users.
① HWAUM can provide various information deemed necessary by the user during the use of the service to the user by means of announcements, e-mails, text messages on mobile phones or copying.
② The user may refuse to receive emails, text messages, etc. of mobile phones at any time for advertising information, except for transaction-related information and responses to customer inquiries according to relevant laws and regulations.
③ HWAUM are intended to transmit advertising information and are transmitted with the user's prior consent except as permitted by law. We do not require consent when replying to customer-related information and customer inquiries necessary for maintaining and guiding contract relationships, not advertising information.
④ When the HWAUM transmits advertisement information, users who have received advertisements, etc. may refuse to receive advertisement information by using the method of rejecting the notifications, etc. We do not require consent when replying to customer-related information and customer inquiries necessary for maintaining and guiding contract relationships, not advertising information.
21. Disclaimer
HWAUM is not responsible for:
① If HWAUM cannot be provided due to natural disasters or force majeure, the responsibility for providing services is waived. HWAUM may temporarily suspend service provision in the event of a natural disaster, maintenance, inspection, replacement, failure of communication equipment such as a computer, or loss of communication, unless there is any intention or serious negligence in this regard. No liability is assumed.
② HWAUM is not responsible for any obstacles to the use of the service due to user's fault.
③ HWAUM does not take responsibility for loss of profits expected by users using the service, and is not responsible for damages caused by data obtained through other services.
④ HWAUM does not guarantee the integrity of any information entered directly by the service user in the process of use, and all problems arising from intentional or negligent information are entirely borne by the user who entered the information.
⑤ HWAUM is not responsible for any obstacles in using the service due to the user's fault.
22. Dispute Resolution and Interpretation of Terms
The law of the Republic of Korea applies to disputes between HWAUM and users, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the jurisdiction court if a dispute arises between a HWAUM and a user regarding the use of these terms and conditions and services.
